The Town of Colorado City(Owners) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Raw Water Transmission Line and Well Equppping Project No. 2212-055. The United States District Court for the District of Arizona has held that the City of Hildale and the Town of Colorado City engaged in illegal discrimination on the basis of religion and have violated the Federal Fair Housing Act, the First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution, and the provisions of 42 U.S.C §14141. The District Court has ordered the City of Hildale and the Town of Colorado City to make certain changes to the operations of the local government to ensure the City and Town are complying with federal law.
