Increased animal impound fees
RESOLUTION NO. 2019-06
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF COLORADO CITY, ADOPTING AN ANIMAL CONTROL FEE SCHEDULE AS REFERENCED BY TOWN CODE CHAPTER 90, ENTITLED “ANIMALS”.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously adopted Town Code Chapter 90 relating to animal control; and
WHEREAS, the Town Code Chapter 90 allows the Town to charge certain animal control fees as may need to be changed from time to time by resolution; and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF COLORADO CITY, ARIZONA THAT
The following animal control fees be adopted by the Town of Colorado City:
